Requirements

3+ years in commercial estimating, project management, or facilities maintenance
Strong background in commercial construction estimating (3+ years)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

Perform bid services and prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial clients
Conduct site visits, assessments, and reviews of bid documents
Manage the proposal process from start to finish
Review Zoho or designated database for new bid requests
Provide excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle
Evaluate labor, materials, and subcontractor services needed for repairs or improvements
Prepare fair and accurate cost analyses and pricing proposals
