The Role As our Commercial Electrical Estimator, you’ll be a key player in driving company growth by producing accurate, competitive, and profitable estimates for commercial electrical projects of all sizes. You’ll collaborate with clients, analyze plans and specifications, manage multiple bids simultaneously, and help secure millions in annual revenue through strategic estimating and project evaluation. This role is ideal for someone who is: Highly organized Fast-paced and proactive Detail-oriented Financially minded Strong technically Excellent at juggling priorities without sacrificing accuracy Projects You’ll Estimate You’ll work on a wide variety of commercial electrical projects, including: Interior & exterior lighting upgrades Parking lot lighting installations and repairs Service upgrades and panel replacements EV charger installations Power additions and distribution upgrades Equipment wiring Generator installations Apartment complexes Commercial buildings Tenant finish projects Facility maintenance upgrades No two days are the same — and your expertise will directly influence project success. What You’ll Do Review plans, specifications, and project documentation Prepare accurate and competitive project estimates Determine labor, material, and equipment costs Analyze electrical code requirements and project feasibility Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain pricing Identify value-engineering opportunities Manage multiple estimates and deadlines simultaneously Collaborate with clients and internal teams throughout the bidding process Submit polished, timely, and profitable proposals Help achieve annual sales targets exceeding $5M What We’re Looking For Experience & Technical Knowledge 6+ years of electrical field experience preferred 2+ years of commercial estimating experience Strong understanding of NEC and commercial electrical systems Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications confidently Proven track record of accurate estimating and profitable bidding Professional Skills Exceptional time management and multitasking ability Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Self-motivated and highly dependable Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Comfortable using technology and estimating software ServiceTitan experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive Pay + Performance Incentives $80,000 – $110,000 annual salary, DOE Performance-based bonus opportunities Compensation based on experience and expertise Outstanding Benefits Health insurance — employee coverage paid 100% by the company Dental, vision, and life/AD&D insurance Family/dependent coverage available Paid holidays and PTO Ongoing training and professional development Advancement opportunities within a growing company Build Your Career With a Company That Values Excellence If you’re an experienced electrical professional who wants to join a company with: A strong reputation A positive culture Long-term stability High standards Growth opportunity Leadership that values its people …then we’d love to talk with you.
