This position is located in Huntsville, Alabama and supports the Sentinel Program. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package. The candidate will have an ability to operate in a team environment and collaborate across the directorate business areas as required to accomplish team and department goals. This is a functional home room (FHR) manager position, involving both the overall functional oversight and management of a Electrical Engineering group while maintaining a technical baseline of performance on program work. The candidate will spend ~20% of their time on functional/organizational support and ~80% of their time on a mix of technical program work from current/existing tasking, or potential future tasking. Functional management involves, but is not limited to, organizational administrative activities and helping employees’ performance and career development through guidance and training. Program responsibilities will be dependent upon programmatic technical work and may vary by individual.
