Requirements

• Must be actively working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering
• Career interest in product design and development
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Good problem-solving skills and strong mechanical aptitude
• Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to set and accomplish goals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Resident

Nice To Haves

• Altium and CAD experience is a plus
• Experience working in an ITAR environment

Responsibilities

• Support design and development activities.
• Assist in the creation of electrical schematics, layouts, and wiring diagrams under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Perform testing and data collection on electrical components, circuits, and systems to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on test results, measurements, and findings.
• Troubleshoot and debug electrical and electronic systems as required.
• Develop and maintain accurate documentation, including specifications, procedures, and technical drawings.
• Conduct research to support design improvements and innovation.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and industry regulations while conducting tests and performing hands-on tasks.
• Other duties as assigned
