We are seeking a motivated Electrical Engineering Graduate to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to projects throughout the design and construction process while gaining hands-on experience in the architectural and engineering industry. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, interested in building electrical systems and building sciences, and capable of managing multiple priorities while meeting project deadlines.

Requirements

• Current student pursuing or recent graduate of an accredited Electrical Engineering Bachelor's or Master's degree program.
• Detail-oriented, eager to learn, interested in building electrical systems and building sciences.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities while meeting project deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with macros or advanced spreadsheet functions is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment while managing deadlines and priorities.

Nice To Haves

• Interest in building electrical systems and the architectural/engineering/construction (AEC) industry.
• Experience with Autodesk Revit and Building Information Modeling (BIM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of electrical engineering construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and supporting calculations.
• Support project teams through all phases of design and construction.
• Coordinate design efforts with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
• Research and apply applicable engineering codes, standards, and regulations.
• Review contractor submittments and shop drawings for compliance with project requirements.
• Assist with construction administration activities, including responding to requests for information (RFIs) and site observations.
• Contribute to quality control efforts and help maintain project documentation standards.
