About The Position

Launch Institute of Technology (LIT) is offering an accelerated training program designed specifically for engineering graduates who want to apply their technical background in real-world EV and clean energy applications. Through immersive, project-based training, you’ll develop the in-demand skills employers are actively hiring for in EV charging infrastructure, system operations, and field support.

Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or currently pursuing a Master's degree.
Eagerness to apply engineering knowledge to EV systems and sustainable energy technology.
Desire for practical, hands-on training that leads directly to career opportunities.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, technical environments and enjoy problem-solving.
Reside in or be able to reliably commute to Anaheim, CA (Orange County).
Strong interest in EVs, renewable energy, and sustainable technologies.
Problem-solving mindset and readiness to work with real-world equipment.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Willingness to commit to the full duration of the training program.

Responsibilities

Gain hands-on experience in the Electric Vehicle (EV) and green energy sector.
Apply technical background in real-world EV and clean energy applications.
Develop in-demand skills in EV charging infrastructure, system operations, and field support.
Work directly with EV systems, chargers, and field equipment.
Participate in project-based training.
