About The Position

Multi-disciplinary team is hiring an Electrical Engineering Director for their growing Cincinnati team. This role involves leading the electrical team in the design of public/private development projects, recruiting new team members, assisting with business development, attending project/client interviews, and interacting with other in-house teams. The Director will also attend meetings with clients, authorities having jurisdiction, and other professionals, and ensure QA/QC standards are met by reviewing designs prepared by others.

Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineer
• 12+ years of Electrical design experience
• PE License
• Experience in a leadership role
• Experience in designing multiple types of buildings (architectural/industrial)
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
• Broad experience in power, lighting, fire alarm and voice/data design
• Authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship
