About The Position
Multi-disciplinary team is hiring an Electrical Engineering Director for their growing Columbus team!
Requirements
- BS in Electrical Engineer
- 12+ years of Electrical design experience
- PE License
- Experience in a leadership role
- Experience in designing multiple types of buildings (architectural/industrial)
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
- Broad experience in power, lighting, fire alarm and voice/data design
Nice To Haves
- Experience on healthcare projects preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead electrical team in design of public/private development projects
- Recruit new team members to build a strong team
- Assist with business development
- Attend project/client interviews
- Interact with other in-house teams
- Attend meetings with clients, authorities having jurisdiction, and other professionals
- Ensure QA/QC standards are met by reviewing designs prepared by others
