About The Position

Bechtel has a long history of building inspiring projects, dating back to 1898. The company has completed over 25,000 projects in 160 countries, contributing to job creation, economic growth, infrastructure resilience, and access to energy and resources. Bechtel serves various markets including Infrastructure, Nuclear, Security & Environmental, Energy, Mining & Metals, and Manufacturing and Technology. The current project involves supporting a utility in central Arizona to add 2000MW of pumped energy storage to its network. This complex EPC heavy civil project includes building dams, underground waterways, an underground powerhouse, and associated facilities. The electrical scope is extensive, covering a 500kV system, Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) substation, Generator Step Up (GSU) transformers, and various balance of plant (BOP) electrical equipment. This is a significant opportunity to be part of a historic project.
