About The Position

SAIC is looking for an Electrical Engineer to support the US Navy in Crane, IN. This role involves providing Electrical Engineering support for test and evaluation activities for primary missile batteries. The engineer will create test procedures, plan and execute tests, collect and evaluate data, and present findings to support various battery designs, including new prototypes and developmental energy systems. The tests will encompass aging and surveillance, lot acceptance, qualification, and special engineering tests, all in accordance with DoD requirements.

Requirements

• Electrical Engineering expertise to support test and evaluation activities for primary missile batteries.
• Ability to create test procedures for missile battery systems.
• Proficiency in planning and executing test procedures.
• Skills in data collection and evaluation.
• Ability to provide results and conclusions to support battery designs.
• Understanding of DoD requirements for plans and procedures.

Responsibilities
