Responsibilities

• Conduct design reviews to assess the functionality and performance of defense electronic systems and ensure adherence to operational requirements.
• Collaborate on system integration activities to ensure seamless adoption of new or modernized systems into the existing architecture.
• Lead engineering investigations to analyze and resolve issues impacting system performance in the field.
• Develop and implement engineering change proposals (ECPs) to improve and modernize legacy systems for optimal efficiency and performance.
• Assess obsolescence risks of existing components and systems; provide innovative and cost-effective solutions to extend their lifecycle.
• Work closely with a multifunctional fleet support team to address and resolve complex challenges encountered in fielded systems.
• Perform circuit analysis and electrical testing to verify performance characteristics and functionality.
• Maintain accurate and detailed technical documentation associated with sustainment.
