About The Position

The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for developing the controlling strategy of the electrical function of products, creating functional schemes, and supporting the development of technical instructions for the customer and Manufacturing Department. This role involves designing and drafting electrical and functional schematics, selecting electronic controllers for refrigerators, and developing customized solutions based on customer requests. The engineer will ensure product designs comply with applicable technical standards and laws (e.g., CE, EMC, EMF). Additionally, the position supports market specification collection, manages supplier interfaces for development and implementation, assists with product documentation, and supports Quality, Service, and the Epta Innovation Centre in areas like non-conformity management, product training, and patent management.

Requirements

• Professional experience in the role or similar: > 2 years
• Fluent English
• Degree in engineering

Nice To Haves

• Management experience preferably in a multinational context, with similar dimensions
• Spanish, French and German languages are considered a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop the controlling strategy of the electrical function of products and functional schemes.
• Support the development of technical instructions for customer and Manufacturing Dept.
• Design and drafting of electrical and functional schematic.
• Selection of electronic controllers for refrigerators.
• Design and Development of customized solutions as per customer request.
• Design the product according to applicable technical standards and law (e.g., CE, EMC, EMF).
• Support the collection of market specification in coordination with project team and project leader.
• Manage and be the interface with suppliers to lead the development and the implementation.
• Support the documentation of the product key features (manuals, tech data sheets).
• Support Quality and Service in the management of non conformity, product training.
• Support Epta Innovation Centre in the management of patents.
