We are currently seeking Electrical Engineers to join our collaborative engineering team. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 0–3 years of experience (Entry-Level / EIT).
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Mid-Level Engineer).
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in electrical system design (Mid-Level Engineer).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead design efforts and coordinate small to mid-scale projects (Mid-Level Engineer).
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Senior Mechanical Engineer).
  • Active PE license required (Senior Mechanical Engineer).
  • 10+ years of progressive experience leading electrical design and multidisciplinary coordination (Senior Mechanical Engineer).
  • Proficiency in Revit is required, or the ability to become proficient in a short amount time.
  • Strong understanding of building systems, documentation standards, and interdisciplinary coordination.

Nice To Haves

  • FE exam passed is preferred but not required (Entry-Level / EIT).
  • Interest or internship exposure in HVAC, mission critical systems, or building infrastructure preferred, but not required (Entry-Level / EIT).
  • FE exam passed and actively pursuing PE licensure preferred (Mid-Level Engineer).
  • Experience with mission critical, data center, industrial, or high-performance facility projects is highly desirable (Mid-Level Engineer).
  • Experience leading mission critical or data center projects, including redundant cooling systems and high-availability infrastructure, is strongly preferred (Senior Mechanical Engineer).
  • Experience with SKM, ETAP, EasyPower, or similar electrical analysis software is a plus.
  • Experience in mission critical, data center, aviation, federal, commercial, civic, or tribal sectors is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Tier classifications, redundancy concepts, commissioning processes, and energy-efficient system design is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design and document electrical systems for mission critical facilities and data centers, including medium- and low-voltage power distribution, UPS systems, standby generation, grounding, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage infrastructure.
  • Support the planning and design of resilient and redundant electrical systems focused on uptime, reliability, and operational continuity.
  • Produce one-line diagrams, panel schedules, power plans, lighting layouts, specifications, coordination studies, and technical reports.
  • Perform electrical engineering calculations including load analysis, short circuit coordination, arc flash, voltage drop, and selective coordination studies.
  • Coordinate with mechanical engineers and technology teams on critical systems such as cooling infrastructure, equipment power requirements, and integrated building systems.
  • Apply NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and other applicable codes and standards to deliver compliant, high-performance solutions.
  • Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and technical coordination sessions with owners, contractors, and consultants.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to deliver fully integrated project solutions for complex facilities.
  • Support QA/QC processes and construction administration activities, including submittal reviews, RFIs, commissioning coordination, and site observations.
  • Lead project scopes, oversee deliverables, mentor junior staff, and contribute to technical excellence initiatives (mid- and senior-level roles).
