About The Position
The client is located in the Dayton, OH area and is looking for an Electrical Engineer. This role involves developing electric schematic drawings (including parts order sheets) and enclosure layouts, designing, testing, and troubleshooting electrical and PLC systems, as well as debugging control systems. This position has a travel requirement of 10%. This is a CONTRACT TO PERMANENT role that is a long term need for the client. This role must be worked ON-SITE.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of electrical engineering experience
- Minimum 1 year AutoCAD software experience
- Experience in the automotive industry
- A working knowledge of PLC (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, and Mitsubishi Electric) and relay logic
- GE Fanuc Robot experience with setup and programming, robo guide, DCS, risk assessment
- A working knowledge of 240/480V single- and 3-phase circuits
