About The Position

As an Electrical Engineer Senior Associate (IoT/smart device/connected hardware), you will specialize in optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness within our operations consulting practice. You will analyze client needs, develop operational strategies, and provide guidance to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and drive business performance. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear. In this role, you will work closely with clients to analyze product development lifecycles, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies to enhance speed to market, reduce costs, and improve quality. You will also provide guidance on implementing lean manufacturing principles, optimizing supply chain integration, and leveraging digital technologies. Requirements
