In this role, you will work with a team of industry experts to help the world’s leading companies solve their most difficult problems. You will join our Architecture/Engineering Process Practice and partner with seasoned leaders, technical specialists, and subject matter experts to deliver the highest quality solutions to our clients with consistency and accuracy. What You’ll Do We are seeking a talented Electrical Engineer, PE who thrives not only in designing full electrical systems, including power, lighting, and fire alarm for large, complex manufacturing facility buildings but also values strong mentorship and leadership. You'll be joining a firm that meticulously evaluates each project before engagement, ensuring we have the right capacity, skillsets, and licenses. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and experience in power distribution, load flow analysis, low voltage, (medium voltage a plus), and lighting design. As a pivotal member of our team, you'll be instrumental in creating and implementing state-of-the-art electrical design solutions, elevating the standards of manufacturing plant efficiency and safety for our manufacturing clients in the food, beverage, and consumer packaged goods sectors. Requirements

6+ Years of Relevant Experience: Electrical engineering design experience, particularly in the food, beverage, or consumer packaged goods sectors is ideal.
NEC Proficiency: A solid understanding of the NEC, ensuring compliance in all designs.
Power Distribution Expertise: Experience in low and medium voltage systems.
Load Flow Analysis Experience: Demonstrated ability in optimizing electrical systems.
Lighting Design Knowledge: Proficiency in industrial lighting solutions.
Multi-Discipline Design Exposure: Experience in integrated facilities design.
Software Skills: Proficiency in Easy Power, REVIT, and AutoCAD.
Exceptional Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Willingness to Travel: For installations, meetings, training, and industry events.
Educational Background: A Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
Licensure: PE licensed with ability to obtain licensure in additional states.
