It is a vital link in the integrated product development process that allows our company to introduce reliable new products faster, better, and more economically. An effective candidate for the Electrical Engineering Inter position will support in multi-discipline teams supporting primarily military programs through application of EE resources and design processes. Chosen candidate will be a team member supporting on the design, analysis and support of electronics products.

Requirements

  • Must be pursuing Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Electrical or related Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) major and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.
  • Must have a minimum of 60 hours of credit by the start of Summer 2027
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • Active and existing security clearance required after day 1

Nice To Haves

  • Experience reading drawings and electrical schematics
  • Experience testing and troubleshooting electrical circuits
  • Experience documenting test results and repair recommendations
  • Experience working in a lab environment with standard Electrical Engineering lab equipment (i.e., Vector Network Analyzers, Power Meters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, digital multi meters (DMMs), signal sources)

Responsibilities

  • Gain valued electrical engineering skills through hands-on lab work testing, troubleshooting, and integrating analog, and/or digital electronics
  • Working with industry standard electrical engineering CAE (computer-aided engineering) tools
  • Utilizing electrical engineering lab equipment on daily basis
  • Working with schematic capture, HDL code development, synthesis, and simulation
  • Creating reports and out briefs using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
