About The Position

At Medtronic, we push the limits of what technology can do to make tomorrow better than yesterday and that makes it an exciting and rewarding place to work. We value what makes you unique. Be a part of a company that thinks differently to solve problems, make progress, and deliver meaningful innovations. As an Electrical Engineer II within Cardiac Ablation Solutions, you will support the design, integration, and execution of catheter‑based electrical systems used in electrophysiology therapies and diagnostics. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of moderately complex projects, work with limited supervision, and directly contribute to the development of life-changing technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in mechanical engineering, software development, quality assurance, and manufacturing to drive projects from concept through production. The Cardiac Ablations Solutions Unit develops life-restoring therapies and healthcare solutions that span the care continuum; integrating technologies and applying clinical and economic evidence to increase patient access, improve efficiency of procedures and deliver successful patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the patients we serve and an unrelenting desire to improve our business. At Medtronic, we bring bold ideas forward with speed and decisiveness to put patients first in everything we do.
