About The Position

The Multi-Product Power & Digital department is responsible for FPGA and hardware designs for electronic warfare, radar, and effector products. Job responsibilities of this role include activities such as troubleshooting electronics in a lab or production environment, performing system and circuit level analysis, supporting failure investigations, maintaining and creating documentation, hardware and/or logic design, and interacting with multi-discipline groups including suppliers.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major.
Experience with one or more of the following: Analog, Digital Electronics, Mixed Signal, Circuit Design or Analysis, Power Electronics, VHDL, FPGA, Electrical Components, Digital Signal Processing, or PCB design.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.

Nice To Haves

3.0 cumulative GPA desired from an ABET accredited institution.
Digital, Analog, and/or Power electronics coursework.
Lab experience with hardware/software integration, test equipment, test automation scripting, test conduction, sensor control.
Demonstrated experience with VHDL or Verilog coding, simulation, and synthesis.
Knowledge of electrical circuit design, analysis and troubleshooting using common lab equipment.

Responsibilities

Design, analyze, and troubleshoot analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits.
Perform circuit simulations, trade studies, and component selection to support product development.
Document test results, design changes, and repair recommendations.
Conduct testing and troubleshooting of electrical circuits and subsystems in a lab environment.
Utilize standard electrical engineering lab equipment, including oscilloscopes, vector network analyzers, power meters, and spectrum analyzers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integration and resolve hardware performance issues.
Assist in the development and maintenance of design documentation, including schematics and interconnect designs.
Support supplier interactions and provide technical guidance to ensure project success.
