Requirements
- Minimum of a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Will have earned their degree within the last year and able to start by Fall 2026.
- Experience with Applied electronics and electrical engineering including avionics hardware (from PCBs to electrical systems), software, hardware in the loop, etc.
- Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD or other drafting programs).
- Experience with Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Experience with Analyzing and troubleshooting electrical systems.
- Relevant internship/co-op and/or hands-on experience that demonstrate development of both technical skills as well as leadership qualities.
- Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and strengthen our culture of inclusion.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team on rapid development programs.
- Flexible and adaptable mindset.
- Self-driven with the ability to seek out requirements with minimal direction.
Nice To Haves
- Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field.
- Hands-on project experience.
- Experience with Design and test of Avionics (electrical, mechanical)
- Experience with Electrical systems with a focus on reliability and efficiency
- Experience with Circuit Design
- Experience with Radiation Effects
- Experience with Robotics and motion control
- Experience with C, C++, Matlab, Simulink
Responsibilities
- Your work may involve many aspects of applied electronics and electrical engineering including avionics hardware (from PCBs to electrical systems), software, hardware in the loop, instrumentation & controls, system test, power systems, communication systems, mechanical systems, propulsion systems, manufacturing, and systems engineering.
- Specific duties are subject to our business unit objectives.
