  • BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or a related field from an accredited engineering school.
  • 7-10 years of directly applicable EEE parts engineering experience.
  • Knowledge of component failure modes, component reliability, and components specifications and standards.
  • Understanding of passive components, microcircuit, hybrid, semiconductor and discrete device fabrication.
  • Experience with accelerated reliability testing, reliability theory, and component failure analysis.
  • Knowledge of the EEE parts used in high reliability military/DoD or space hardware and the associated US military test specifications and standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team of mechanical, electrical, and software engineers.
  • Must be flexible, open to new challenges in a dynamic environment, and possess strong technical expertise combined with strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities with little supervision.
