About The Position
Northbridge University is seeking qualified Adjunct Instructors for its Electrical Program. The university is growing and looking for individuals passionate about teaching. Classes typically run Monday to Thursday, with AM or PM sessions available. Specific openings include an Electrical Bilingual (Spanish and English) Evening Session Instructor and an Electrical English Morning Session Instructor at the Kissimmee Campus.
Requirements
- Specialized training and industry certifications in the Electrical Trades and applications.
- Journeyman License and/or Electrical Contractors License.
- Proficiency in computer usage for managing course documents and educational resources within the learning management system.
- Upload credentials along with resume, redacting personal information (date of birth and social security number).
Nice To Haves
- Two or more years of teaching experience.
- Experience training an apprentice or serving as a certified mentor.
- NCCER Certification as an Electrician.
Responsibilities
- Teach Electrical Program courses.
- Manage course documents and educational resources within the learning management system.
- Provide hands-on experience and technical guidance to students.
- Potentially train apprentices or serve as a certified mentor.
