About The Position

Rexel USA is seeking an Electrical Distribution Project Manager to join its team in Denver, Colorado. The role may be filled at Project Manager II or Senior level, with level and pay based on experience, knowledge, and capabilities. The Project Manager manages project business by placing orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring customers are billed correctly. The role owns the customer relationship and coordinates with sales teams and vendors, maintaining clear and timely communication throughout each project. Responsibilities include managing project requirements, quotations, pricing, order placement, delivery schedules, product quality, claims, backorders, and project documentation. The position also works with leadership to identify pricing advantages, vendor choices, and product substitutions that can improve project profitability. The role requires at least three years of quotation, project management, and customer service experience. Electrical distribution industry experience is highly preferred. A high school diploma or GED is required. The work involves frequent computer use and communication, occasional movement and lifting, occasional exposure to warehouse or electrical hazards, and occasional travel to offsite locations. The Colorado pay range is $58,036.35 to $87,779.97 per year, depending on qualifications, experience, and other legally permitted considerations. Requirements

At least 3 years of quotation, project management, and customer service experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and peers.
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of low-profile and complex projects.
Communicate with customers, expedite over, short, and damaged (OS&D) issues, and resolve customer concerns promptly.
Review purchase orders to understand requirements and verify that terms and conditions are correct.
Work with sales teams and vendors to obtain additional margin when possible.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and sales teams on pricing, order placement, claims, returned goods, and account management.
Expedite backorders to maximize fill rates and customer satisfaction.
Manage delivery schedules, product quality, information updates, and back charges.
Handle day-to-day project requests and large packages from the Quotation team.
With leadership assistance, provide timely price quotations, requotes, and proposals.
Work with leadership to determine vendors and purchasing requirements, seeking pricing advantages and product substitutions that improve project profitability.
Coordinate project documentation requirements, including O&M manuals, test reports, submittal packages, and certificates of compliance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
