The Electrical Designer I is responsible for the design and development of medium complexity wiring harnesses, brackets, and troughs, as well as making changes to existing designs. This role involves addressing and resolving logbook issues, modifying complex components, implementing quality improvements, handling Engineering Change Notices (CNs), and resolving manufacturing issues for existing parts/assemblies. The position requires knowledge of applying Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) to new designs, packaging and positioning components according to model integrity reports, and creating design study proposals. Additionally, the role includes managing NX/Teamcenter structures, EBOM to Teamcenter integration, and part aliasing and positioning.
