Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
3–5 years of relevant experience in building services design
Strong technical foundation in electrical systems design
Experience with AutoCAD and Revit
Knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and regulations
Strong project coordination and organizational skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

Lead small to mid-sized projects, managing scope, schedule, and deliverables
Coordinate project activities and ensure timelines and milestones are met
Identify and communicate scheduling or resourcing challenges early
Support project planning, including budgets, timelines, and deliverables
Participate in the design and development of electrical systems
Prepare and review drawings, specifications, and technical reports
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and HIDI design practices
Contribute to calculations, system layouts, and equipment selection
Review and coordinate work across multidisciplinary teams
Support client communication, including presenting designs and technical solutions
Assist in preparing proposals and fee letters
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Assign, coordinate, and review work of junior team members
Provide mentorship, guidance, and technical support
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment
