About The Position

The Electrical Design Lead will oversee all electrical design deliverables for the integration of the Automated Manufacturing System (AMS) on behalf of a biopharma client in Devens, MA. This role is responsible for collaborating with the selected Architect/Engineering firm to direct and drive electrical design decisions and lead the electrical workstream throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Licensed Architect preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver electrical design documentation for integration of the AMS into shell space in accordance with project plan.
  • Lead the electrical workstream, working closely with the chosen Architect/Engineering firm to guide design choices and project execution.
  • Facilitate electrical workstream coordination meetings at a minimum of once per week, ensuring alignment and progress across all stakeholders.
  • Organize and participate in a weekly all-workstream coordination meeting to foster cross-functional collaboration.
  • Attend all design meetings with the selected Architect/Engineering firm, representing electrical requirements and ensuring integration with overall project goals.
  • Establishes and follows an effective and efficient design review process to ensure that the design meets the overall goals and objectives for each project.
  • Monitors project planning and design status to report findings, recommendations, and updates.
  • Provides updates to senior leadership and university on status of projects and milestones.
  • Other duties as assigned.
