About The Position

TTM Technologies is seeking a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to lead and perform electrical design activities, from individual components to complex assemblies, for aerospace and defense products. The engineer will work with customers and cross-disciplinary teams to translate specifications into requirements and design concepts, support proposals and product development, and guide work from design through production release. The role includes design verification, compliance analysis, simulation, test-circuit development, and correlating expected performance with test results. The engineer will lead technical design reviews, provide technical direction throughout the product lifecycle, assess design trade-offs and new technologies, and help ensure project schedules are met. The role also includes mentoring and training engineers, interns, co-ops, technicians, and other staff; developing test procedures and supporting test stations and data-reduction software; and contributing to engineering process improvements. Candidates must be able to meet requirements for work on projects that may require a U.S. Department of Defense Secret clearance and comply with applicable export-control requirements.
