Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on controls engineering experience
• Strong Siemens background ( TIA Portal, PLCs, HMIs, drives )
• Experience with: S7-1200 / S7-1500, SINAMICS drives, ET200 I/O
• Experience with Profinet / Profibus / Profisafe
• Ability to read/create electrical drawings and schematics
• Strong troubleshooting across systems, networks, and equipment
• Experience integrating sensors, actuators, and drives
• Bachelor’s in Electrical/Controls Engineering (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities

• Design and develop control systems for industrial machinery
• Program PLCs, HMIs, and drives (Siemens environment)
• Work across 4 core machine platforms + custom builds
• Debug and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Support machine startup, commissioning, and FAT/SAT
• Collaborate with engineers, leadership, customers, and vendors
• Maintain documentation, system archives, and electrical schematics
• Help improve and modernize legacy equipment and systems
