About The Position

The Project Manager takes responsibility for a variety of electrical projects and needs, from marketing through project closeout and customer follow-up. The role requires a successful track record and a thorough understanding of project management, including profitability, supervision, customer relations, and fiscal and contract management. The position covers electrical service, tenant improvement, light commercial, and light industrial work. The annual salary range is $115,000–$180,000, with an opportunity for a discretionary year-end bonus. Responsibilities

Plan, execute, track job costs, and close out projects.
Provide monthly project status details and percent-of-completion reports.
Perform detailed take-offs and estimating for electrical service, tenant improvement, light commercial, and light industrial work.
Market and build profitable jobs.
Make decisions concerning project cost, time, and performance.
Cross-sell other company operations through fully integrated solutions.
Interface with contractors, vendors, and in-house operations.
Coordinate and direct the workforce.
Support an injury-free work environment and safety culture.
