Requirements

• Undergraduate or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science
• Two to four years of patent preparation and prosecution experience
• Top academic credentials
• Strong analytical abilities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work well on a team
• Registration to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office

Responsibilities

• Patent preparation and prosecution in the electrical/computer fields of technology
• Opportunity to work on a wide variety of intellectual property matters, including post-grant proceedings, litigation, opinions and counseling.
