Electrical Codes Inspector (Hiring Bonus)
About The Position
Arlington County's award-winning, fully accredited Inspection Services Division (ISD) within the Community Planning, Housing and Development (CPHD) Department is seeking an Electrical Codes Inspector. This role ensures that all phases of building construction comply with codes, ordinances, and approved plans and specifications. The ISD works with citizens and developers to build and maintain property throughout the County. Electrical Codes Inspector positions can be filled at level I, II, or III, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications. The selected employee will receive training on materials, methodology, and code requirements for residential and commercial high-rise inspections.

Benefits
- New hires receive $1500 upon hire and $1500 after completing the probationary period ($3000 total).
