About The Position

This Electrical Assembly Technician role involves the assembly of printed circuit boards (PCBs) and various electronic components. Key responsibilities include performing soldering (both through-hole and surface mount), inspecting assemblies for quality and compliance, and troubleshooting any issues or defects that arise. The technician will utilize hand tools, power tools, and basic testing equipment such as multimeters. Maintaining a clean and organized work area and adhering to company procedures, quality standards, and production timelines are also essential. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, with permanent employment contingent on attendance, performance, and client needs. Upon permanent hire, an attractive benefit package is offered.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience with circuit board assembly and soldering techniques
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

Nice To Haves

1+ years of experience in electronic assembly or similar manufacturing role preferred

Responsibilities

Assemble printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic components according to schematics, blueprints, and work instructions
