About The Position

A manufacturing company is seeking an Electrical Assembly Technician to assist with producing electrical components and equipment. The role involves assembling and wiring components, installing hardware, and inspecting completed assemblies. Pay is $18+/hour. Multiple shifts are available, and mandatory overtime is required. The position is long-term temp-to-hire with weekly pay.

Requirements

• 1+ years of electrical assembly or related experience preferred.
• Ability to read basic wiring diagrams or schematics.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Basic math and measurement skills.

Nice To Haves

• Electrical, HVAC, or control panel experience.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire electrical components.
• Measure, cut, strip, and connect wires.
• Read wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions.
• Install electrical hardware and components.
• Use wire strippers, crimpers, drills, and other tools.
• Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy.
