About The Position

EMT International is seeking an Electrical Assembler to build customized equipment. The role involves assembling electrical panels, wiring harnesses, electrical subassemblies, and machine components while collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams. The position is based in Hobart, Wisconsin, and is full-time, first shift, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.

Requirements

• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Experience using electrical testing equipment and troubleshooting electrical systems.
• Basic computer skills.

Nice To Haves

• Technical degree or electrical training preferred.
• 1–2 years of electrical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• ERP/MRP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical panels, wiring harnesses, and electrical subassemblies.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and engineering drawings.
• Install sensors, controllers, circuit boards, and other electrical components.
• Route, secure, and terminate electrical wiring.
• Perform electrical testing, troubleshooting, and calibration.
• Safely power up equipment and verify proper operation.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Identify and resolve electrical issues while maintaining high quality standards.
• Document assembly processes and testing results.
