Requirements

Highschool diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift/lower/push/pull up to 40 lbs. safely.

Nice To Haves

5 + years of experience in a Manufacturing Environment is preferred.
1 + years of electrical experience preferred.
Experience with Epicor ERP system is a plus.
A team player with excellent communication skills.
Electrical and mechanical aptitude.
Solid schematic and blueprint reading skills.
Knowledge of high and low voltage wiring.
Familiar with proper Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) handling process and procedures.
Familiar with gate logic.
Ability to think abstractly to deal with ambiguous/undefined problems.
Ability to be flexible and adjust priories to reflect changing needs or job demands as directed.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Inspects finished product for defects and performs quality checks.
Works from schematic drawings to build and install electrical components.
Assembles and wires panels.
Flex work as directed and assist in other departments with mechanical assembly.
Troubleshoots non-conforming parts throughout the mechanical assembly/electrical process.
Expedites orders as needed.
Collaborates with Engineers when troubleshooting with other team members.
Maintain a safe and clean environment and perform 5S tasks as required.
