About The Position

Apache Workforce is currently seeking experienced Electrical Assemblers to support manufacturing operations at leading industrial facilities in Houston. If you have experience with electrical panel assembly, wiring, conduit installation, and industrial manufacturing, we want to hear from you. As an Electrical Assembler, you will build, wire, and install electrical systems and components while ensuring all work meets production, quality, and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Experience with electrical panel assembly, wiring, conduit installation, and industrial manufacturing
  • Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and technical drawings
  • Experience using common assembly tools and measuring devices
  • Basic math and measurement skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to follow written instructions and communicate effectively
  • Commitment to safe work practices in a manufacturing environment
  • 3+ months of manufacturing, assembly, or electrical experience preferred
  • 2–5 years of electrical assembly experience required
  • 5+ years of related electrical assembly experience required

Responsibilities

  • Assemble electrical and mechanical components using hand and power tools
  • Install and connect wiring, conduit, panels, and electrical assemblies
  • Route, pull, and secure wiring according to engineering specifications
  • Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions
  • Verify materials and components prior to installation
  • Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
  • Identify and report damaged materials, equipment issues, or production concerns
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Meet production goals and scheduled deadlines
  • Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
  • Assist with conduit installation and wire routing
  • Install basic electrical components and hardware
  • Fabricate supports and mounting structures
  • Perform low-voltage (LV) wiring and terminations
  • Perform medium-voltage (MV) wiring and terminations
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Perform control wiring and MCC wiring
  • Troubleshoot electrical assembly issues
  • Read and execute complex electrical drawings and layouts
