About The Position

Assemble electrical control panels efficiently and in accordance with the standards of Bevco Engineering Co. Inc. and IEWC. The role requires understanding and following assembly instructions, including drawing notes, and demonstrating a genuine interest in customer satisfaction. Assemblers lay out and mount components, perform drilling, tapping, and cutting on sub-panels and enclosures, and wire assembled components using simple schematics and/or wire lists. An Electrical Assembler ‘B’ may occasionally assist with training or otherwise helping other Electrical Assembly employees.

Requirements

• Two or more years of experience in electrical assembly or a related electrical field.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours a day.
• Ability to learn and follow quality procedures, including ISO 9001:2008 requirements.
• Ability to understand and follow simple assembly instructions, including drawing notes.
