About The Position
SolutionAir Limited is a North American manufacturer and distributor of semi-custom roof top and air handling equipment, energy recovery units (RegenCore), and data centre exhaust units. The company is seeking a new talent for its growing Winnipeg manufacturing facility. Requirements
- Good attendance record, strong safety awareness, and a collaborative attitude are essential
- Physically fit and capable of performing heavy lifting as part of daily tasks
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and breakdowns
- Strong ability to work independently with attention to detail and deadlines
- Commitment to producing high-quality products
- Skilled in the use of precision measurement instruments
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with products and processes within this production cell is an asset
- Background in electrical wiring is a strong asset
Responsibilities
- Assemble electrical components, panels, and subassemblies in accordance with engineering drawings and breakdowns
- Perform electrical wiring and basic testing where required
- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure product accuracy
- Maintain quality standards and follow procedures outlined in the Manufacturing Guidelines
- Work efficiently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Follow health and safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Contribute to team productivity by supporting other tasks within the cell as needed
