About The Position

This role performs hands-on assembly tasks and inspections to support production of high‑quality aerospace hardware. The position requires attention to detail, willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The role operates on a 2nd Shift (3:30PM-1:00AM) with a 9/80 schedule, meaning every other Friday off. Candidate must be able to train on 1st shift.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline, plus a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks including soldering, hardware installation, and post‑coating.
• Inspect own work under close supervision to ensure it meets workmanship standards, engineering requirements, and design specifications.
• Maintain expected productivity levels to meet customer deadlines.
• Follow all company rules and regulations, including Environmental Health & Safety, Ethics & Compliance, Quality, and attendance expectations.
• Acquire applicable skills, knowledge, certifications, and complete all required training.
• Maintain materials, equipment, and work areas in a clean, organized condition.
• Provide progress updates to leads or supervisors.
• Successfully pass a soldering assessment following provided training.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods throughout the full shift.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks associated with assembly and soldering work.
• Ability to work in a production environment using tools, equipment, and materials required for hardware assembly.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and properly handle components and hardware.
