Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of work experience
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions and drawings
- Ability to become solder certified
- Effective communication and team work
- Computer literacy, and familiarity with Microsoft suit of products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong work ethic, and a desire to be part of a successful working team
- A passion for learning/knowledge
Nice To Haves
- IPC-610/620 Certifications
- Knowledge of MIL-STD-883 Methods 2017
- Masking and Coating
Responsibilities
- Assembles, disassembles, and modifies various production subassemblies by following work plans.
- Inspects results to ensure conformance
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic computer skills, including using software for MRP and data collection.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.
