About The Position

Haley Mechanical is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Electrical Apprentice to join their growing Electrical Team. Requirements

3–4 years of electrical apprenticeship experience required
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Active Apprentice Electrician registration/license (as required by state or local regulations)

Nice To Haves

Residential service and maintenance experience preferred

Responsibilities

Perform residential electrical service, maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting under the guidance of licensed electricians as needed
Diagnose common residential electrical issues and recommend appropriate solutions
Assist with the installation, repair, and replacement of electrical wiring, outlets, switches, fixtures, panels, and related equipment
Conduct electrical safety inspections and preventative maintenance
Ensure work is completed in compliance with local codes and company standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
Deliver exceptional customer service while educating homeowners on electrical system needs and recommendations
Complete all required paperwork and job documentation accurately
