Requirements

- Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment as required.

Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of residential electrical systems and code compliance.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Previous construction, electrical, or trade experience.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Learn and apply electrical codes, safety standards, and company best practices.
- Support troubleshooting efforts and help identify electrical issues.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical instructions.
- Assist with electrical panel upgrades, wiring projects, lighting installations, and other residential electrical work.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Help improve job efficiency by supporting diagnostics, planning, and minimizing rework.
- Participate in team meetings and training opportunities to expand technical knowledge.
- Provide professional, courteous service to customers while representing the Korte brand.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
