We are currently seeking to fill a permanent position for an intermediate Control, Automation, and Electrical Designer/Technician for our Fredericton office. We are looking for motivated individuals who can adapt quickly and work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Candidates must be able to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients through excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements

College diploma in electrical engineering or instrumentation
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
Attention to detail and quality of deliverables
Flexibility in a constantly evolving environment
Interest in consulting engineering

Responsibilities

Participate in project solution development — including research and project evaluation.
Work on small, medium, and large-scale project teams in the mining & metals and energy sectors.
Contribute to the design and preparation of engineering deliverables in collaboration with other involved disciplines.
Create various control, automation, and electrical drawings such as process and instrumentation diagrams, control architecture drawings, single-line diagrams, 3D models, wiring diagrams, and more.
