Under the general direction of the City Recorder, the Elections Manager facilitates and prepares for the municipal election process including the administration of the campaign finance software and election noticing and manages the process for state legislative tracking and coordination with City leadership. The position requires an ability to understand and articulate the State Code requirements clearly both verbally and in writing, be professional in all circumstances, and coordinate with external parties’ arrangements for election services.
