The eLearning Specialist is a project-based position within the Faculty of Kinesiology, Sport, and Recreation, reporting to the Director, Community & International Education. The primary responsibility is to create effective online learning tools and courses. This role will promote and integrate online learning tools, instructional technology, and courses across the Faculty's programs. The Specialist will collaborate with over 20 Faculty and ATS instructors, as well as various staff, on course development, evaluation tools, and the support and promotion of online teaching. The position requires working in a diverse and complex environment, with strong communication and information-gathering skills. Additionally, the Specialist will work on projects directed by the Director of ICE to design specific courses, micro-credentials, and/or professional development work for the Faculty.
