About The Position

ACT1 Federal is seeking an eLearning Developer to support the modernization of special tactics training through the design, development, and implementation of interactive digital learning products and instructional technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education or psychology is required.
• Minimum five (5) years supporting DoD instructional technology programs.
• Experience developing online training solutions.
• Active Secret Clearance is required.

Nice To Haves

• Special Operations background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Developing online learning modules
• Designing multimedia instructional products
• Support learning management systems
• Create digital assessments
• Collaborate with instructors and curriculum developers
• Ensure courseware meets learning objectives
• Other related duties as assigned.
