About The Position

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented eLearning Developer to design, develop, and implement engaging digital learning solutions. This role focuses on transforming training requirements into interactive, high-quality eLearning content that supports employee development and organizational compliance initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Multimedia, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in eLearning development and instructional design.
Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience with tools such as Camtasia, Audacity, Photoshop, and Articulate Studio.
Experience creating video-based and microlearning content.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain engaging eLearning courses and training programs.
Create interactive learning content using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
Develop microlearning modules, instructional videos, and multimedia assets.
Design training materials including graphics, manuals, job aids, and other learning resources.
Upload, manage, and maintain content within a Learning Management System (LMS).
Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure compatibility across browsers and platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical or design-related issues.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop effective learning solutions.
Stay up to date with instructional design trends, tools, and best practices.
