Elderly Caregiver needed to support clients in the comfort of their own homes. This role involves building real relationships and making a lasting difference in someone's life. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- A compassionate, patient, and empathetic attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and collaborate well within a team.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation.
- Provide medication reminders and help clients stay on track with their routines.
- Help plan and prepare meals according to dietary needs.
- Encourage proper nutrition and hydration throughout the day.
- Engage clients in meaningful conversation and genuine companionship.
- Accompany clients to appointments and social activities.
