About The Position
The Association of Test Preparation, Admissions, and Private Tutoring (TPAPT) is seeking English Language Arts teaching specialists to work with students in grades 9-12. This is a remote, US-based, part-time employee (W2) position for experienced individuals. The role involves providing remote tutoring support to students in grades 9-12, with tutoring sessions lasting 60 minutes each. Assignments are expected to be between 4-10 hours per week.
Requirements
- 4-10 hours per week of availability
- An earned Bachelor's degree
- Past or current experience as a state certified ELA teacher or a private high school ELA teacher
- Strong academic background
- >2 years of experience as a grade 9-12 teacher or tutor
Responsibilities
- Provide remote tutoring support to students in grades 9-12
- Conduct 60-minute tutoring sessions
