EL01 Lead/Foreman Electrician

Requirements
- EL01 Electrical License
- 10+ years of journey-level electrical experience
- 5+ years of experience in a lead or foreman position
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing jobsite needs
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.), Bluebeam, and Procore
Responsibilities
- Lead and support field crews on commercial electrical projects
- Coordinate daily work activities while maintaining productivity and safety
- Work independently and collaboratively as needed
- Communicate effectively and professionally with crews, project management, and clients
- Support high-quality installations across multiple project types
- Submit reports and other project documentation in an accurate and timely manner
